I’m a registered dietitian in Squamish, BC and a lover of everything outdoors. My goal is to provide you evidence-based nutrition information tailored to you to enhance your lifestyle, performance, and digestive health.

The world of nutrition and healthy eating can be confusing. As a registered dietitian I understand there is no one size that fits all approach to healthy eating. My passion is to motivate clients in making realistic and sustainable healthy diet changes to suit their lifestyle and health needs. I am committed to translating evidence-based nutrition education and working closely with clients in helping them meet their personal health and wellness goals.

My passion for nutrition

BEGAN AT A VERY YOUNG AGE . . .

I have always enjoyed all aspects of food from shopping at the local Squamish farmers’ markets, creating nourishing home cooked meals with my mom, to enjoying and sharing with family and friends. Learning about food, nutrition, and how they impact our overall health and well-being has always been an integral part of my life.
I am a firm believer that you are what you eat and if you fuel yourself with quality foods, it will have a positive impact on many aspects of your life. Food is not only the fuel that feeds our daily lives, but is also the common thread that brings people together; whether it be socially, culturally or with celebrations. Food nourishes us physically and mentally.
